1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. Cash Advance Naos - Get Loans is a loan matching service operated by Naos Finances LLC. We are not a lender. We connect users with third-party lenders and lending partners in our network. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or set loan terms. All loan products, rates, fees, terms, and approval decisions are made solely by the lenders. We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer will meet your needs.
3. Loan Matching Process
When you submit an application through our Service:
- We collect and transmit your information to lenders in our network.
- Lenders may perform credit checks and other verification.
- Lenders determine eligibility, loan terms, and approval independently.
- You may receive one or more loan offers; you are not obligated to accept any offer.
- If you accept an offer, you enter into a contract directly with the lender, not with us.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and communications
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not use the Service to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity

- Contact you via the methods you provide

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, content, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Naos Finances LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, POLICIES, OR CONDUCT OF LENDERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAOS FINANCES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naos Finances LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any dispute between you and a lender or third party.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Columbia, Missouri, or another mutually agreed location. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Missouri.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, E-Consent, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naos Finances LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
